Roots & Rocks is a limited-release single malt New Zealand whisky that celebrates the rugged complexity of our natural trails; where roots and rocks twist, challenge, and reward every step.
Brewed, fermented, and distilled at Eddyline’s Nelson brewery on the shores of Tasman Bay, where warm coastal summers and cool, dry winters shape barrel maturation and enhance character. Crafted from 100% New Zealand malts, including Manuka-smoked malt, and triple-distilled for smoothness.
Aged in a virgin American-Oak barrel specially toasted to accentuate spice, it delivers bold notes of cinnamon, dark cherry, cocoa, and cola spice balanced by soft vanilla and orange.
Complex, rugged, and deeply rewarding.
