CRANKED WHISKY!
Cranked Whisky begins its life as a special whisky wash, brewed much like our barrel-aged stouts, using nearly a dozen distinct New Zealand-grown malts and grains. After triple distillation, the resulting 400 liters of ‘white whisky’ is split into two 200-liter virgin oak barrels. Each barrel is toasted and charred differently—one is toasted slowly to bring out warm caramel and vanilla notes, while the other is designed to highlight spicier flavours of cinnamon, cola, and pepper.
